crab quiche - lighter than the nutrition information would lead one to believe because the analyzer does not recognize "light" sour cream, "light" swiss chees or naturally slender american cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for crab quiche

8 ounces (swiss) cheese, shredded
4 ounces (naturally slender) american cheese
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
6 ounces crab
6 eggs
1/2 cup (light) sour cream
2 tbs soy flour

Recipe Directions for crab quiche

Place cheeses in the bottom of a lightly sprayed deep dish pie pan. Layer onions, mushrooms and crab. Combine soy flour with sour cream and mix until smooth. Add one egg at a time to this mixture and beat until smooth. Pour the egg mixture over the layered cheeses, veggies and crab. Top with tomato slices or green chili's and picante if you like. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
