Recipe Ingredients for Crab & Prosciutto Stuffed Mushrooms

6 medium Organic White Mushrooms Packaged
8 oz Claw Crab Meat
1 oz Cream Cheese Low Fat Fresh Cheese
0.5 oz Prosciutto
1 tbsp Parsley
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Blue Menu 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Crab & Prosciutto Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Remove stems from mushrooms, lightly rinse caps in water & pat dry with paper towel

  3. Drain claw meat & place in plastic or glass bowl

  4. Fold in creme cheese.

  5. Add diced prosciutto

  6. Add pepper & garlic

  7. Place mushroom caps on lightly greased baking stone

  8. Spoon in mixture to overflowing

  9. Sprinkle parmesan & parsley

  10. Bake until tops are golden brown

  11. Enjoy!
