This is a great appetizer, but actually filling enough for a meal if you have along with a nice salad!

Recipe Ingredients for Crab Pizza

1 lb. lump crabmeat
1/4 cup mayonnaise, light
1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/3 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, fat-free
1 cup water, warm
2 tsp dry yeast
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup fresh italian parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. white wine, cooking

Recipe Directions for Crab Pizza

I used Pillsbury pizza dough for this..spread onto lightly greased pizza pan/stone and bake for about 8 min at 425. (If you make dough - it's warm water, yeast, flour & salt) Take out and let cool for a few minutes while you prep the other ingredients. Saute in pan onion & green pepper with olive oil. Pour melted butter over crust and sprinkle with garlic powder. Cream together the cream cheese and mayo. Spread onto crust. Sprinkle on cheddar cheese. Sprinkle onion/pepper on pizza, then the crabmeat and tomato (make sure to dry the diced tomato in paper towel). Sprinkle parsley and any other spices you like (I used Old Bay) Finally, spread on the mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes or until browned crust @425. Enjoy!
