Recipe Ingredients for Crab Pasta Salad

235 g (1 cup) reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/3 cup(s) dill, minced (optional)
1/3 cup(s) uncooked scallion(s)
2 bell pepper(s), red, yellow - chopped
1 cup(s) cooked frozen green peas, thawed
2 cup(s) uncooked broccoli, florets
118 g reduced-fat sour cream
14 g serving(s) Hidden Valley Ranch dry, 1 Packet
8 oz uncooked pasta, such as Cavatappi
16 oz imitation crab, 1/2 lobster, 1/2 crab

Recipe Directions for Crab Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain; rinse with cold water. Add veggies and crab and mix lightly.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine Mayo, ranch packet and parmesan; mix well. Pour over veggie/pasta mix and stir until coated.

  3. Cover and chill for two hours.
