Basic crab-mac with more veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Crab-Mac Salad

1 pound macaroni
1 medium onion
1 large carrot
1 cup cabbage
2/3 cup mayonaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 pound imitation crab meat
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup peas

Recipe Directions for Crab-Mac Salad

  1. Cook mac until tender.

  2. Drain well and chill under running cold water

  3. Chop everything smallish, about the size of the pasta, and grate the carrots.

  4. Toss everything together well.

  5. Let stand for at least half an hour for flavors to mix.
