Recipe Ingredients for Crab Lasagna Roll-ups

2 eggs
2 cups fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
12 oz imitation crabmeat
10 ounces lasagna noodles

Recipe Directions for Crab Lasagna Roll-ups

  1. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, cheeses and seasonings. Add crab; mix well. Place about 1/3 cup on each noodle; roll up.

  2. Place seam side down in a large baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Top with marinara sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
