Japanese style stuffed dumpling with ginger-garlic-soy sauce flavor. Use pasteurized blue-fin crab or other crab as available.

Recipe Ingredients for Crab Gyoza

8 ounces crab
1 cup bok choy
1/2 cup cucumber
1/4 carrots
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
16 wonton wrappers
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Crab Gyoza

  1. Chop and mix ingredients

  2. Fill and seal gyoza wrappers (round wonton wrappers)

  3. Steam 5 minutes

  4. Stir fry in Olive oil til brown
