This is a seafood pasta dish. Not too light of a dish but certainly not heavy.

Recipe Ingredients for Crab Fettuccine in a white garlic sauce

0.75 box Fettuccine Dry
8 oz Crab Classic Imitation Crab Meat
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving Garlic Cloves
0.33 cup chopped Green Onions
2 oz Heavy Whipping Cream

Recipe Directions for Crab Fettuccine in a white garlic sauce

  1. Saute green onions in butter.

  2. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.

  3. Add crab meat, shredded and cut into chunks.

  4. Add tomato, chopped.

  5. While crab meat is browning boil pasta.

  6. Season sauce with basil, pepper, and salt, and red pepper flakes if you have them.

  7. Add heavy whipping cream and as sauce reduces, add pasta water

  8. dump cooked pasta into sauce and toss until sauce is thick and well coated on pasta.
