Recipe Ingredients for Crab dip

16 ounces low-fat cream cheese
8 ounces fat-free sour cream
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons white pepper
1 small onion
4 tablespoons horseradish
1 pound Crab

Recipe Directions for Crab dip

Soften cream cheese to room temp. Mix all ingredients and enjoy on toast, broiled on english muffins (with a little cheddar or other cheese on top) or just dipped with veggies.
