Crab and corn in blended vegetable base.

Recipe Ingredients for Crab Corn Chowder

2 cup Potatoes, Baked, Flesh And Skin
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 medium Carrots
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
28 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
14 oz Lite Coconut Milk
8 oz Claw Crab Meat
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Crab Corn Chowder

saute onion, garlic in olive oil. add all vegetables chopped and then broth. When veggies are soft run through blender. Put back in pan and add crab and corn and coconut milk. Heat through.
