Baked crab and celery with lemony caper sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Crab Casserole

3 oz Crab, Alaska King, Imitation
1/4 c. finely chopped celery (leaves & tops)
1 T. grated fresh ginger
1 T. minced garlic
1/2 t. capers
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. lime juice

Recipe Directions for Crab Casserole

Slice 3 oz. crab into small bite sized pieces and mix with 1/4 C finely chopped celery leaves, 1 T grated ginger, 1/2 t. capers & 1 T minced garlic. Sprinkle with 1 T of lemon juice and 1 T lime juice.Put mixture in ramekin. Bake on high in microwave for 2 minutes.
