I got this recipe idea from a Chinese Buffet I frequent.

Recipe Ingredients for Crab casserole

5 eggs
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 c. crab meat, chopped
1/2 c. cabbage, chopped
3 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Crab casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line an 8x8 pan with foil.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

  4. Pour the egg batter into the baking pan.

  5. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.

  6. After, cut the casserole in quarters. Serve.
