Recipe Ingredients for Crab Cakes

120 g stove top stuffing mix
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup Miracle whip
170 g crab meat
170 g crab meat
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Crab Cakes

  1. Shape mixture into 8 cakes, approximately 1/2 cup each.

  2. Heat large non-stick frying pan with cooking spray on medium heat.

  3. Cook patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides, turning over carefully.

  4. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
