5 pounds crabmeat, flaked
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup horseradish
1/2 cup chives
1 cups Panko bread crumbs
1 cups mayonnaise
2 oz vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Crab Cakes

  1. 1. Combine the crabmeat and other ingredients in a bowl.

  3. 3. Fry the crab cakes in oil in a skillet until browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes on each side.
