Recipe Ingredients for Crab Cakes

1 lb fresh crab meat
1 c ritz crackers, crushed into crumbs
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 T Dijon mustard
1 large egg
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/4 c chopped scallions
1 dash of worcestershire sauce
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Crab Cakes

  1. Combine all ingredients. Refridgerate several hours or overnight.

  2. Use a 1/4 c measure to form into cakes.

  3. Saute/pan fry in butter with a little oil until cakes are lightly browned on each side.
