16 oz. crab meat
1 egg
9 grapes
1/2 slice whole wheat bread
4 c. arugula
1 tsp. soy sauce, low sodium
1 tbsp. butter
1 3/4 c. tropical fruit salad

Recipe Directions for Crab Cakes

  1. Prepare crab cakes and cook in butter.

  2. Place on arugula and garnish with fruit salsa.
