Crab cakes on fake crab meat. Baked.

Recipe Ingredients for Crab cakes

1 1/2 lbs crab meat
1 egg
1 cup celery
1 cup chives
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 green pepper
1 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp whole milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Crab cakes

  1. Chop and mix all ingredients, make cakes.

  2. Bake in oven at 400 F for 10 minutes, take out and flip side, then bake 10 more minutes or until golden.

  3. Serve with potato or rice, and egg sauce or remoulade sauce.
