use wheat free bread-4 tbl honey dejion dressing and rice crackers

Recipe Ingredients for crab cakes

16 oz crab meat
3 tbs mayonaise
1 tbs mustard
1/2 cup egg beaters
4 oz bread
2 tbs green onion
1 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for crab cakes

  1. toss together gently roll in crackers

  2. spay with pam bake at 350 for 15 min each side. make 14 cakes= 2 each for serving
