In Style's recipe using light mayo and whole wheat panko chips

Recipe Ingredients for Crab Cakes

1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. italian parsley, minced
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 pound lump crab meat
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup bread crumbs, whole wheat
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Crab Cakes

  1. Combine, mayo, parsley, mustard and horseradish in small bowl

  2. Heat butter in skillet and saute onions and garlic until soft

  3. In large bowl, mix crabmeat, mayo mixture and onion mixture together

  4. Stir in egg

  5. Divide crab mixture into 14 patties and place in panko chips to coat

  6. Heat oil in non-stick skillet and cook cakes until golden - 4-5 minutes
