Makes 24 servings



1 oz portions round served on a slice of romaine lettuce. (Serving the crab cake on a leaf of endive is more appealing to the eye but tastes about the same.) I recommend a Endive but because the endive is not listed i used Romaine given the same health benefits.

Recipe Ingredients for crab cakes Healthier

5 pounds crabmeat, flaked
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chives
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cups mayonnaise
5 cups romaine lettuce

Recipe Directions for crab cakes Healthier

  1. Bruniouse all items that need to be cut. Smaller cuts will always be more appealing.

  2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Place crab cakes on a sheet pan and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Serve on a piece of lettuce or an endive.
