Recipe Ingredients for crab and asparagus quiche

1 pie crust
6 oz canned crab
2 tbsp chopped green onion
5 spears asparagus, chopped
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 cups egg beaters
1 egg
1/3 cup half and half
4 oz swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for crab and asparagus quiche

  1. chop onions and asparagus

  2. drain and rinse crab

  3. fit pie crust into pie shell

  4. Mix egg, egg beaters, cream and mustard

  5. put dry ingredients into pie shell

  6. top with cheese

  7. pour egg mixture over the top

  8. bake at 325 for 45 minutes
