Recipe Ingredients for Crab Artichoke Bellas

8.007 oz Crab Meat
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
3 peppers Vine Sweet Mini Peppers
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 oz Mayo Light Mayonnaise Salad Dressing
24 cup chopped raw Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
4 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Crab Artichoke Bellas

  1. Dice celery,onions and peppers.

  2. Mix all diced veggies with crabmeat and artichoke, add mayo and mustard.

  3. Stuff mushroom with mixture topped with shredded cheese.

  4. Bake for 15-20 mins at 350.
