Recipe Ingredients for Coyote Caviar

15 oz. black beans
4 oz. black olives
1/4 c. onion, chopped
4 oz. green chiles, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. black pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, large
1 green onion, sliced
1/4 cup salsa

Recipe Directions for Coyote Caviar

Combine the black beans, black olives, onion, green chiles, garlic, cilantro, oil, lime juice, chili powder, salt, red pepper falkes, cumin and black pepper in a bowl; mix well. Chill, covered for 2 hours. Spread teh cream cheese on a round serving plate. Cover with black ban mixture. Arrange the eggs and salsa around the edge of the black bean mixture. sprinkle with green onion. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 12.
