Recipe Ingredients for Cowgirl Granola

5 cups Quaker Oats
1/2 cup Apple Juice
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 cup Raisin
1 1/2 cup Sliced Dry Roasted Almonds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Cowgirl Granola

  1. Toast Almonds.

  2. Heat Juice, Honey, Sugar, Spices over low heat until blended.

  3. Add to big bowl of the oats.

  4. Stir to coat evenly.

  5. Spread on cookie sheets. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes until crisp and dry, stirring every 10 minutes.

  6. Let cool.

  7. Mix oats in large bowl with almonds and raisins.

  8. Serve.

  9. Enjoy.
