Recipe Ingredients for Cowgirl cookies

1 cup Butter
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
2 cup Oats, Rolled, Regular Old Fashioned
12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Cowgirl cookies

Cream the butter with the sugars. Add the eggs and mix until smooth. Combine the dry ingredients, then mix in. Stir in the oats, chocolate chips, raisins and walnuts. Drop 1 tbsp of dough onto a baking sheet, and bake at 350 for 10 minutes per batch.
