Recipe Ingredients for Cowboy Stew

1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
2 medium white potatoes, sliced
7 ounce tomato soup
2 tablespoons fat free sour cream
2 cups Spicy Chili, canned

Recipe Directions for Cowboy Stew

  1. Put onion and garlic in bottom of the slow cooker.

  2. Layer browned ground beef, sliced potatoes and beans.

  3. Combine soup and sour cream and Spoon over top.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
