Recipe Ingredients for Cowboy Cookies

0.5 cup Chopped Pecans
1 cup Butter
0.67 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1.25 serving Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Oats
0.5 cup Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Sweetened, Flaked, Packaged
180 grams Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
0.5 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Cowboy Cookies

Beat butter and sugars. Add the eggs, beating well. Add vanilla. In separate bowl whisk flour, baking soda, salt and oats. Add to the butter mixture, and beat just until incorporated. Stir in nuts, coconut, chocolate chips, and raisins.
