Recipe Ingredients for Cowboy Cavier

2 tbsp Vinegar red wine
6 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper Or Hot
1.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 clove Garlic
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
2 cup, cubes Avocados
1 cup Blackeye Peas
1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.67 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
4 oz Cilantro
3 medium raw Tomato Roma

Recipe Directions for Cowboy Cavier

  1. Mix vinegar, hot sauce, oil, garlic and pepper in large serving bowl.

  2. Cut Avacado into 1/2 inch cubes and add to vinegar mixture.

  3. Mix gently.

  4. Drain and rinse peas and corn.

  5. Add peas, corn, onions, cilantro and tomatoes to mixture.

  6. Mix gently-salt and pepper to taste.
