Recipe Ingredients for Cowboy Casserole

1 onion, chopped
24 oz. Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
6 med. potatoes, sliced
15 oz. canned red beans
411 g tomatoes, crushed, canned
2 tbsp. flour
12 g Salt, Table
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic

Recipe Directions for Cowboy Casserole

  1. Put chopped onion in the bottom of the Crockery Pot; layer with browned ground beef, sliced potatoes, and beans. Spread tomatoes or soup over all. Sprinkle with seasonings as desired. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.

  2. Serves 4 to 6 people
