Recipe Ingredients for Cowboy Casserole

1 pound lean ground beef
1 clove garlic minced
1 1/4 cup onion, minced
1/2 cup bell pepper, minced
1 tsp chili powder
20 ounces tomatoes
1/2 cup uncooked rice
2 1/2 cups cooked kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Cowboy Casserole

Brown beef. Add garlic, onion, pepper and chili powder and cook 5 minutes, remove from heat and add tomatoes. Combine rice and kidney beans in 2 quart casserole, add meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
