Baked beans with hamburger and veggies slow cooked in BBQ sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Cowboy Beans

56 oz baked beans
1 large bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
32 oz BBQ sauce
1 lb hamburger, drained
1 1/2 tbl minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Cowboy Beans

  1. put beans into slow cooker and turn to high

  2. Brown hamburger and drain

  3. Saute diced onions, garlic and diced peppers. mix with hamburger

  4. pour sauce over beans

  5. add meat and veggies

  6. continue cooking on high until slow boil occurs

  7. turn on low

  8. stir often throughout
