Recipe Ingredients for Couscous Veggies Melody

1 cup French Style Green Beans
0.75 cup Peas and Carrots
1.5 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
3 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1.5 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
7.6 oz Whole Wheat Couscous
3 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Stick)
0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese reduced fat

Recipe Directions for Couscous Veggies Melody

Pour 3 cups of broth in pot along with the frozen veggies and fresh squash cut in squares. Flavor with pinches of onion flakes, garlic powder and pepper. When the "veggie soup" is almost done add 1 tbsp of ICBINB margarine. Continue cooking until veggies are cooked to taste. 5 minutes before veggies are done, place the remaining 1 1/2 cups of broth in a pot with 1 tbsp of ICBINB margarine to boil. Add the couscous, stir and remove from heat. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes. Once the couscous absorbed all the broth, add the last ICBINB margarine tbsp and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Serve the couscous and veggies with a little broth on top. Enjoy!
