216 grams Whole Grain Blends Wheat Couscous
1.5 serving Kitchen Basics Unsalted Vegetable Broth
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 oz Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup Craisins Dried Cranberries
8 olives Pearls Ripe Olives
0.25 cup Parsley
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, White

Recipe Directions for Couscous Summer Salad

  1. put couscous in an 8 cup bowl

  2. boil broth, pour over couscous, and cover tightly

  3. let rest for 5 minutes, uncover, fluff, and cool

  4. add remaining ingredients

  5. refrigerate 1 hour
