Recipe Ingredients for Couscous and Soy Chorizo

340 grams Trader Joe's Soy Chorizo
4 large Onions, Spring Or Scallions
60 sec spray Cooking Spray
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Couscous
3 cube Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Couscous and Soy Chorizo

Bring water and bouillon to a boil. Stir in couscous, remove from heat, cover and let stand until couscous is fluffy. In a large skillet, brown onions and soy chorizo in cooking spray. Combine couscous with chorizo and split into six servings. Serve with eggs for a great breakfast, or serve as a side dish along with a salad or veggies.
