Recipe Ingredients for Couscous salad

2 oz Toasted Pine Nut Couscous
8 oz Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
8 serving Green Onions
1 cup Dried Cranberries
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.5 cup Shelled Pine Nuts
8 tbsp Girard's Light Champagne Dressing

Recipe Directions for Couscous salad

Cook couscous according to package directions add all other incredients and mix well. Allow to chill for a couple of hours to allow flavors to blend.
