This is a simple salad for lunch. It keeps well for two or three days. Use any salt-free seasoning you like. You can also add green peppers, chives or onions to vary it.

Recipe Ingredients for Couscous Salad

1 cup, cooked Couscous, Cooked
157 1/2 grams Beans Garbanzo
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
2 serving Whole Palm Hearts
2 serving Balsamic Vinegar
1 serving Salt Free All Purpose Blend Magic Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Couscous Salad

Combine all ingredients including vinegar and salt-free seasoning to taste. Let sit overnight in fridge and serve.
