Recipe Ingredients for Couscous Salad

1/4 cup Couscous, cooked
1 small tomatoe
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Chicken Breast, meat only
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Couscous Salad

Chop tomatoe, avacado and chicken into 1/4" pieces. Mix with couscous and top with EVOO, Balsamic Vinegar and lime juice.
