Recipe Ingredients for Couscous salad

20 ml couscous
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 small onion
1/3 pepper
5 ml lemon juice
1 tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
1/2 tomato

Recipe Directions for Couscous salad

  1. Make the couscous as it says on the pack.

  2. Chop up the vegetables.

  3. Add oil and lemonjuice to the couscous, mix with a fork to get it fluffy.

  4. Add the vegetables and cilantro, mix it until they are distributed envenly with the couscous.

  5. Serve alone or with a slice of sourdough bread and a good olive oil.
