Recipe Ingredients for Couscous Salad CB

175 grams couscous, dry
150 grams corn
2 cups garbanzo beans, canned
1 cup chicken stock, low sodium
1/2 cup water
5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp canola oil (key lime)
1 tbsp sugar twin liquid
7 tbsp rice vinegar
50 grams craisins
3 tbsp flax seed
30 grams almonds, slivered
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
3 tbsp cilantro, dried
290 grams mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Couscous Salad CB

  1. Cook couscous in chicken stock and water, and set aside for 5 minutes to "set".

  2. Mix the dressing ingredients.

  3. Mix the couscous with all other ingredients, then mix in the dressing, stirring well.
