Couscous with red pepper and raisins

Recipe Ingredients for Couscous with Red pepper

200 grams Couscous
200 ml Boiled Water
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
1 tablespoon raisins
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Couscous with Red pepper

  1. Couscous in large bowl, Add water to couscous, cover with cling film, leave for 10 - 15 mins.

  2. Gently fry in 1 tsp olive oil the onion, red pepper, approx 10mins, season to taste add raisins.

  3. Mix with Cosucous.
