This is good.....cook the couscous a few minutes extra..... Add more vegies next time

Recipe Ingredients for couscous

1 cup Couscous, Dry
1 1tsp Olive Oil
35 grams Carrots
3.5 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
1 tsp Curry Powder
3 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
0.17 cup Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for couscous

  1. bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil

  2. add couscous, and olive oil, cover pan and remove heat

  3. let stand 5 minutes

  4. add cooked vegies, currey, turmeric

  5. add 1/4 cup water

  6. bring to boil for 3 minutes
