Couscous with peas and garbanzos (100g) 235 per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Couscous

1/3 cup couscous
1/3 cup chicken broth
10 gram onion
50 gram peas
100 gram cucumber
50 gram tomato
2 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Couscous

  1. bring water boil to with peas and onions, add couscous, reduce and simmer about 30 seconds covered. Remove from heat and let sit covered.

  2. In bowl slice and mix reaming ingredients

  3. When cool toss all together add some parsley and serve. Sits well, don't be afraid to make ahead a day.
