Recipe Ingredients for CousCous, Quick Lemon Parmesan

1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tbsp butter, (7g)
142 g uncooked couscous, (5 oz)
20 g grated Parmesan cheese, (apx 1/6 cup)
1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1 freshly ground pepper

Recipe Directions for CousCous, Quick Lemon Parmesan

  1. Bring chicken broth and butter to a boil.

  2. Stir in plain, uncooked couscous; cover and remove from heat.

  3. Let stand 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper.

  5. Fluff with a fork, and serve immediately.
