Recipe Ingredients for Couscous pilau

3 cups couscous, leftover, cooked
3/4 cup zucchini, sliced
4 green onions, parboiled, and sliced
6 baby carrots, sliced
4 large mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Couscous pilau

  1. Saute veggies in olive oil. Heat leftover couscous in microwave.

  2. Add veggies to couscous and toss.
