Recipe Ingredients for Couscous Pancakes

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup quick oats
1 1/2 cups couscous cooked
2 T baking powder
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Couscous Pancakes

  1. Cook couscous (follow directions on package).

  2. Mix flour, oats, baking powder and sugar.

  3. Mix egg, milk. Combine couscous, dry ingredients and milk/egg mixture together. Mix well, then add water.

  4. Cook at medium temperature on a lightly oiled frying pan.
