Couscous with herby garlic & lemon chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Couscous with herby garlic & lemon chicken

1 chicken breast
2 tsp Rosemary
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp thyme
3 tbsp lemon juice
50 g Couscous
1 tbsp walnut oil

Recipe Directions for Couscous with herby garlic & lemon chicken

  1. Place the chicken in an oven proof dish & add the lemon juice, garlic and herbs. Oven cook for about 20-30 mins until done.

  2. Meanwhile prepare the couscous as per instructions. When done at the walnut oil to the couscous.

  3. When the chicken & couscous are ready, cut up the chicken and add to the couscous.
