3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup couscous
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chives

Recipe Directions for Couscous with Corn and Chives

  1. Heat butter in saucepan.

  2. Add corn and sautee for several minutes.

  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

  4. Stir in couscous and bring to a boil.

  5. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes.

  6. Stir in chopped chives.

  7. Season with salt and peper.
