Recipe Ingredients for Couscous with broccoli

0.33 cup Couscous, Dry
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 1/2 cup Beans Cannellini
1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 c water

Recipe Directions for Couscous with broccoli

Bring stock to a boil. Add oil, couscous, broccoli and onion. Simmer one minute, cover then let sit for 5 minutes. Add beans and tomatoes, stir and eat. Makes 1 large or 2 smaller servings.
