Recipe Ingredients for Couscous and Black Bean Salad

1 cup uncooked couscous
14 ounce can black beans
1 red pepper, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons dill
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup cilantro

Recipe Directions for Couscous and Black Bean Salad

Put couscous in bowl, pour 2 cups of boiling water over top, let stand 15 minutes, covered. Then chill. Add remaining ingredients.
