Recipe Ingredients for Couscous with Asparagus and Capocollo

1 serving Bob's Red Mill Golden Couscous
1 serving Mastro Extra Lean Capocollo
160 grams Asparagus
16 4/5 grams Garlic
0.062 tsp Salt, Table
0.062 tsp Pepper, Black
0.062 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers

Recipe Directions for Couscous with Asparagus and Capocollo

In a medium-size pot, bring 1 1/4c. water to a boil with 1tbsp garlic, salt, pepper, and crushed red peppers. Meanwhile, cut up the asparagus into ~2cm-long pieces and cook it in a frying pan with a little bit of water and the other 1tbsp of garlic. Cook until it becomes bright green. At this point, add in the sliced capcollo. Your water should now be at a boil; add in the couscous and stir as it returns to a boil. Immediately take off heat, and cover. Return to your asparagus/capocollo pan and stir the contents until the couscous is ready (approx 4min). Combine all ingredients, stir, and serve hot to your pure delight!
